Enquiries on this website
The enquiry form prepares an email draft. It does not submit your name, organisation, email address or message to Joavora automatically. You decide whether to open your email app and send it. You can also contact us directly by email or WhatsApp.
What we collect and why
If you contact us, we may receive your name, business name, email address, phone number and the details you choose to share. We use these to respond, discuss potential work and manage any resulting engagement. Please do not send sensitive personal information or confidential client material in an initial enquiry.
We rely on taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract where applicable, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We may also keep records to meet legal obligations.
Who may handle your information
Our email, website hosting and communications providers may process information needed to provide their services. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information where required by law or with professional advisers where needed for our business.
Opening WhatsApp takes you to a third party service with its own privacy terms. Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where we transfer personal information, applicable data protection requirements must be met.
How long we keep it
We keep information only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, manage any resulting engagement and meet legal or record keeping obligations. The appropriate period depends on the information and the reason for keeping it.

This website stores your light or dark theme choice on your device. The enquiry form does not store your draft details in browser storage. Hosting providers may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the website.
